Meet Greathouse Landscape's New Landscape Designer Lois Mancuso!

We're proud to introduce featured HGTV personality and landscape designer Lois Mancuso to Nashville! Lois joins our dedicated team of lawn and garden design, installation and maintenance professionals, and her unique approach to landscape design seeks to "bring the outside in and the inside out" so that a homeowner can expand available living and relaxation spaces into the outdoors.

Lois, a featured landscape designer on HGTV's GET OUT WAY OUT and Landscaper's Challenge programs, has also appeared on NBC's Today Weekend with anchor Campbell Brown. She's a licensed contractor and member of the California Landscape Contractor's Association; her training includes the esteemed Landscape Architect Program at UCLA.

Lois can help you identify ways to relax and savor nature's pleasures right in your own backyard. She specializes in finding economic and earth-friendly solutions to create beautiful spaces which can also serve a purpose: outdoor kitchens and living areas for entertaining, splashing waterscapes and meditational gardens for peaceful solitude, and family backyards with "pet and child-friendly" areas, swimming pools or even putting greens.

"The addition of an outdoor kitchen or barbecue island, an herb or vegetable garden, low-maintenance flowers or a simple fire pit can completely transform a 'typical' backyard into an oasis of comfort and improve your quality of life," Lois says. "It's all about finding natural harmony through the perfect blending of flora, fauna, beauty and functionality."

Some of Lois' most memorable projects include the transformation of a lawn into a virtual wedding chapel, the use of low-maintenance "disappearing" fountains, and the conversion of a 7'x12' condo balcony into a private romantic garden.
